My daughter woke up in the middle of the night, violently ill. This morning we discovered that her boyfriend did the same. This is the only place they both ate. Now confirmed that all three that dined together got sick last night. The only thing they all three ate was the gyoza.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Picked up steaks to bbq for trip. All 3 in family who ate steaks violently ill 3 hrs after dinner until next evening. Off odor to steaks., 3 people of the 3 who ate steak. 5 in our rv. Others ate chicken  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 腹泻

这是我丈夫第二次在午餐时订购一颗带超越肉饼和薯条的著名明星，然后第二天早上醒来呕吐，发冷、恶心和腹泻。第一次，我们不确定是什么原因造成的，但是这次很明显，这是他在那里吃的东西，这让他恶心。我们再也不会回去那里了，也不会再去另一个小卡尔了。
