I ordered a #2 with cheese, fries, soda bargs rootbeer I had to pull over four times on Highway 132 and 580 going towards Oakland and result stopping at a Shell station with severe diarrhea and vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I loooveee in n out & i have NEVER had any problems in the whole 11 years that I have been eating it. However today I ate a cheeseburger protein style with grilled onions & french fries & my stomach is done for. Nausea & Diarrhea since 15 min after I ate it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

7/2/15 pm - me and my wife ordered Taco's. My wife 1 hard shell, me 2 soft taco and a Mexican pizza.
7/3/15 am - both me and my wife had upset stomachs. We both had diarrhea for 2 days.

I bought the items like around 12 a.m. 5/27 after work and then morning I was feeling kind of sick I didn't eat nothing all day and then at work I started feeling really sick they send me home and because is the weekend the doctor is closed 5/28  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
