My boyfriend had a barbacia burrito with brown rice hot red salsa cheese and mix beans. I had a streak quesadilla with veggies and cheese. An hour later both myself and my boyfriend had diarrhea. My boyfriend got the worst end of it and was violently throwing up all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

8 月 5 日下午 6 点左右订购了鸡肉卷饼，当时除了鳄梨调味酱外，其他所有东西都没有。吃了整个墨西哥卷饼鸡很冷。午夜 12 点左右开始有胃痛去洗手间有水样的凳子。这已经持续了一整晚我晚上去了 6 次我在凌晨 3 点左右开始感到恶心。我的腹部疼痛无法入睡，我也不会停止去洗手间。它是 2017 年 6 月 8 日下午 12 点 28 分，我仍然有恶心、胃痛和大便松动。我儿子也在抱怨大便松动和胃痛。我们吃了鸡肉卷饼
