On Aug 28, 2018 late in the evening i ate at Polly's on Adams Ave. Had 1 roll, pea soup and the steak kabobs -noticed the soup was not hot. Got home and lost all my food-took Pepto Bismal.  | 症状: 腹泻

2018 年 8 月 28 日星期二，我吃了一个带卷曲薯条组合的终极培根芝士汉堡！大约 1 小时后，在乘坐公共交通工具回家时，我开始出现严重的胃痛，随后是剧烈的腹泻发作，差点导致事故！几乎在一天余下的时间里，我一直被洗手间束缚，无法离开家！

Had a mixed greens salad, dark turkey, green olives, feta, blue cheese, red peppers, balsamic onions, a few other ingredients I can't remember; gorgonzola dressing. This was on Saturday August 25, 2018.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
