I got a Crunchwrap supreme, Doritos taco, and nacho fries yesterday and have been up since 6am throwing up and in pain. It is now 3.30pm and nothing changes. Never got food poisoning before but I don’t think I will ever eat at Taco Bell again.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛

My son gotta niacin combo lg hi c, no slaw extra at 2:32am, then from 6am, he has suffered terriblely, with nausea, vomiting diarrhea many times, so much fluid was lost. Now he shivers, uses many blankets.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 寒战
