我从华夫饼屋得了食物中毒，不得不接受紧急手术，因为所有的肠子都扭曲了, 星期一早上我被赶到急诊室我在周日晚上 11 点左右吃了华夫饼屋早餐融化了我在呕吐我腹泻和胃部极度疼痛.我刚从医院出来我不得不对腹部做紧急手术

Ate mussels at about 1:00 P.M. yesterday. At 3:30 all of the listed symptoms started. Within 30 mins. I had to go home. Can not make it to the restroom without help. The only other thing I ate was the bread that comes with it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Within two to three hours of eating my nuggets I was feeling ill. I spent most of the night in the bathroom vomiting and having diarrhea. My cousin who also had chick fil a said the chicken tasted kind of funny but aside from a slight stomach ache never got as sick as I did.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
