昨天下午 4 点左右，只有一个参加聚会的人吃巧克力冰淇淋，从唯一在那里出售食物的供应商那里购买的。30-40 分钟后突然出现剧烈呕吐、发烧、腹泻和胃肠道 c，我的孙子从唯一一家在洛基出售食物的供应商那里吃了巧克力冰淇淋山区国民摔跤比赛。那是他唯一吃过的我们聚会中没人吃过的食物。30-49 分钟后，他开始剧烈呕吐，这种情况仍在继续。在儿童医院治疗 ER。处方泰诺 3 和 pedialite。

Chicken Alfredo, After I had chewed a bite of chicken I could tell it had not been completely cooked, it was still wet inside. I woke up about in the middle of the night with abdominal cramps and diarrhea, about 8 hours after eating the food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Ate mussels at about 1:00 P.M. yesterday. At 3:30 all of the listed symptoms started. Within 30 mins. I had to go home. Can not make it to the restroom without help. The only other thing I ate was the bread that comes with it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
