I had a medium cup of soup day before New Year’s Eve. I’ve been eating here for over 5+ years and I’ve eaten before and after all kinds of trips. This was the first time I had other side effects besides nausea (from possible trips) that included physical pain and release.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I got a grain bowl with braised lamb. Seven or so hours later, I both had diarrhea and was vomiting. Spent the rest of the night and the next day unable to leave bed, running a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我有一个碗：半个鸡肉，一半牛排，米饭，queso，西红柿，中等调味料，生菜，奶酪丝和沙拉酱。我在 2017 年 12 月 20 日星期三上午 11 点 30 分左右吃了它。那天下午 4 点 30 分左右，我开始感到胃痛，感到恶心。大约 5 点左右，我去了洗手间，那是腹泻开始的时候。我 7 点左右回到家后，腹泻会继续呕吐。每 10 分钟我就会有一次腹泻。晚上 11 点 45 分左右情况更糟，我同时在呕吐和腹泻。今天，12 月 21 日，我醒来时头疼得非常严重，但是没有腹泻或呕吐的时刻。吃完药后头痛消失了，但是有时我仍然感到恶心，我的胃感觉很奇怪。
