我吃了 2017 年 9 月 5 日的 chipotle 沙拉，其中包括罗马生菜、一点糙米、fajita 蔬菜、鸡肉、温和的莎莎酱、温和的（绿酱）奶酪和生菜。吃完食物一个小时后，我开始出汗，我的胃感觉很奇怪，好像心烦意乱，我觉得自己不得不呕吐。因此，我提早离开学校，当我回到家时，我呕吐了腹泻。今天，9月6日早上6点左右，我经历了有史以来最严重的腹部痉挛，比如剧烈的疼痛使我无法入睡，我不得不上厕所，但这种情况还在发生。我整天都没吃任何东西，因为我害怕吃东西，因为我不想再经历那种痛苦。

I ate the street corn, jalapeño daiquiri, and chicken tacos as part of their happy hour special around 6:30pm on Tuesday September 5th. I becane really nauseasous around 8.30 pm and began vomiting at 9pm. Since then, I've been vomiting and had diareaha approximately every hour to two hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a bowl with steak, white rice, pico, corn salsa, and guacamole around noon on 8/17. About two hours later I started feeling nauseous and a hour after that I vomited. 我昨天下午带了 Chipotle。我晚上 8 点左右吃了。我注意到有些牛排煮得很温和，但通常对我来说还不错。凌晨 3 点左右，我的小腹疼痛使我醒来。我开始使用那个洗手间，但只是小便了。我回去睡觉了，疼痛持续了大约 30 分钟。3 小时后我醒来了，疼痛还没有那么痛苦，只是没有那么令人痛苦。这次我上厕所的时候我有腹泻。整天，疼痛持续存在，导致我迟到了上班。我以前有过食物中毒，但是我没有一次疼痛，只是胃部不适。

我参观了华盛顿特区 Lfenant Plaza 地点。我订购了薯条和 queso。没有食物。吃完薯片然后蘸水后，我会感到胃痛、抽筋、diahrrera、呕吐、别墅和身体疼痛。另外，我已经联系了营业地点 3 次，但没有反馈。两天都没有经理值班。员工不会提供任何关于餐厅的信息或对我的病情有任何同情心
