My boyfriend bought a Cesar's salad from food court and after eating almost 95% of the whole salad that had been mixed with the dressing we found a big dead fly mixed with all the lettuce and dressing. I inmediatley vomited and now, 1 hour later, I am already feeling nausea.  | 症状: 恶心

这是在这个地方。有炸鱿鱼配有蒜泥蛋黄酱和鸡尾酒酱。鱿鱼没有强烈、新鲜、平常的气味。看起来不一样。我一直渴望它，所以我自己把整个开胃菜当做饭。在几个小时内和早上感到恶心，这是可怕的中腹抽筋和剧烈的腹泻。第 3 天不能静止离开房子。家里没有其他人生病了。

我从新鲜市场的鲜切水果区买了一些切好的菠萝。不要批评新鲜市场，请知道我喜欢这个地方！但是我在下午 5 点左右吃了这个，然后在午夜醒来时因发冷、发烧以及无休止的呕吐和腹泻而剧烈生病。今天早上还在继续，太突然和暴力了，我几乎无法及时到那个洗手间。
也许这是巧合，但我想不出其他可能导致这种情况的原因。
