My boyfriend bought a Cesar's salad from food court and after eating almost 95% of the whole salad that had been mixed with the dressing we found a big dead fly mixed with all the lettuce and dressing. I inmediatley vomited and now, 1 hour later, I am already feeling nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea
