You can never be 100% sure where your issue came from, but had a beef burrito, tijuana style on Friday 5/3 around 2pm. Saturday 5/4 morning made myself some scrambled eggs.

我们买了冷冻肉丸和花椰菜披萨皮。不确定是两种产品还是只有一种产品。我一生中最糟糕的胃痛，实际上太糟糕了，以至于这些痛苦一直延续到我的背上。很奇怪。没有救济。数小时的痛苦。我从来没有发生过这种情况！应该有另一个用于治疗胃痛的复选框。大家要小心一点！
