2020 年 12 月 2 日晚上 6 点左右，儿子 2 岁的儿子吃了 6 块金块快乐餐，加上薯条和苹果片。看起来还不错，直到凌晨 1 点 30 分他开始扔大块咀嚼的炸薯条。此外，血液也开始与呕吐物混合。到目前为止，似乎只有一个孩子受到影响。  | 症状: 呕吐

Dizziness right before vommiting, diarrhea, headache. Ate there yesterday around 6 pm. My friend had milder symptoms but he only ate fries amd mac n cheese. I had nuggets and fries  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 头痛, 头晕

I ordered and picked up a Philly omelette, Hbrowns and pancakes. I ate most of it. About 2 hours later my stomach started killing me. I had diareah all night long. I vomited too. I will NEVER eat there again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
