Exactly an hour after consuming fish (grilled in olive oil) I experienced cramping. Then extreme diarrhea-no fun. Fish wasn't horrible smelling and I seased it with cajun spice & garlic.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Happy meal fries Son, 2, ate a 6 piece nugget happy meal w/ fries and apples slices around 6pm on 12/2/2020. Seemed fine until 1:30am when he began throwing up chunks of chewed up fries. Also blood had begun to mix in with the vomit. So far only one child seems to be affected.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Quarter Pounder Deluxe Burger. Only that was ordered only that was eaten all day.

Workers not wearing masks or gloves.

Dizziness right before vommiting, diarrhea, headache. Ate there yesterday around 6 pm. My friend had milder symptoms but he only ate fries amd mac n cheese. I had nuggets and fries  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Dizziness

I ordered and picked up a Philly omelette, Hbrowns and pancakes. I ate most of it. About 2 hours later my stomach started killing me. I had diareah all night long. I vomited too. I will NEVER eat there again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
