2 fish tacos  I only ate guacamole chips and 2 fish tacos. Within 30 minutes after arriving home 2 mins away, the vomiting and diarrhea started, then sweats, then feeling very weak.

I had the dragonfruit smoothie with multivitamin and b12 added. Came home and immediately started to feel sick. Throwed up the entire smoothie and have been on the toilet with watery stool all day!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I believe it was chicken fingers I noticed that the chicken fingers were alil stringy, but figured they were alright. A few minutes into eating I started feeling bad cramps. I shrugged it off for about an hour but noticed it was continuing. Now I am having severe cramping and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Exactly an hour after consuming fish (grilled in olive oil) I experienced cramping. Then extreme diarrhea-no fun. Fish wasn't horrible smelling and I seased it with cajun spice & garlic.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Happy meal fries Son, 2, ate a 6 piece nugget happy meal w/ fries and apples slices around 6pm on 12/2/2020. Seemed fine until 1:30am when he began throwing up chunks of chewed up fries. Also blood had begun to mix in with the vomit. So far only one child seems to be affected.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
