Ate at golden corral shrimp steak macaroni & cheese soft taco corn on cob ice cream chocolate fudge 3/7/17 evening later stomach started hurting & nausea all night. In the morning nausea vomiting diarrhea and developed a fever  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

The whole family ate Bojangles' around 1:00 pm on 8.10.16. I noticed my stomach hurting around 3:00 pm. I became nauseated about 30 minutes later and slept for 4 hours. That's when the diarrhea started. It's now 1:30 on 8.11.16. My stomach is still hurting and still… 更多

I love BK but the last 2 times I have ate their food I have got DEATHLY ILL. I thought it was something going on with me last time so I went ahead and tried again today- BIG MISTAKE. Stuck at work feeling horrible and running back and forth to the bathroom with stomach cramps and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

昨晚我去了住花园（5/25/16）。我点了一份停止沙拉、鸡肉和西兰花 Alfredo、覆盆子柠檬水。食物很好，但是 3 到 4 个小时后（没吃其他任何东西）我开始出现极其严重的腹部痉挛和大声隆隆的胃。我以为是气体，所以我服用了一些可咀嚼的 simethicon 片来缓解它的负担。昨晚我没有休息。我带着腹泻来回洗手间 4 次了。当你尝试睡觉时这不好玩，感觉好像有人突然在打你的肚子，如果你现在不去洗手间，你会把床弄乱。我是一名护士，所以我不会让它变坏到我脱水的地方或其他任何东西。直到他今天早上醒来我看见他跑到洗手间之前，我的搭档似乎并没有在追捕。
