2018 年 6 月 12 日在 Hattie B “s 吃了热鸡嫩、羽衣甘蓝、烤豆，还喝了 Sprite 和 Coke Zero。工人正在挖掘的制冰机的饮料中有冰块（戴上手套），因为冰块没有分配。< 24 小时后腹泻。
24 小时后呕吐、肠抽筋、发烧/发冷、恶心、腹泻。腹泻和抽筋持续4天。我喜欢辛辣的食物，我的系统绝对可以忍受辛辣食物，就像我以前在这里吃过的那样，菜单上有同样的食物，没有这种经验...

2018 年 12 月 11 日。有鸡肉三明治和薯条给妈妈和我。下午 1 点左右 5 点左右胃部剧烈疼痛。以为是油脂里的气体我 93 岁的妈妈也开始痛苦地吟。她开始呕吐了。30 分钟后我开始呕吐。叫别致的 fila 但他们的行为好像他们可以不在乎。我妈今天早上还在受伤。再也不会吃别致的 fila 了！我的肚子好多了。但是妈妈不是。
