My son and I went to chick fil a around 4:30 pm. He had the 12 count nuggets and fries with a Sprite. He started complaining of stomach pains around 7:30 ish. He vomited around 10:00. He is not feeling better. He says it is feeling worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Had a Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch at around 7pm. Went to bed, woke up around 11pm violently vomiting multiple times, diarrhea, cold sweats, and dizziness. Ate rotisserie chicken that wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Was tested at doctor that resulted with the diagnosis. I was sick for two weeks. Had to be on antibiotics. Contacted the company and local store. This happened a few months ago.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate at Hattie B's on 12/06/2018, had hot chicken tenders, collard greens, baked beans, and drank Sprite and Coke Zero. Had ice in drink from ice machine that worker was digging through (had gloves on) because ice was not dispensing. < 24 hours later diarrhea.
