August 28th purchased rancid egg salad from the deli. Became deathly ill at 3 am and eventually went to ER. Notified Publix and they basically said I have no proof it was their egg salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered thin crust with mushrooms and Alfredo sauce only. As I began to eat I smelled something sour. It was chicken. Within minutes I was nauseas and had diarrhea. This is the 2nd day. I cant even drink water.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had the fried catfish and within 4 hours my stomach was killing me. I was alternating between throwing up and diarrhea. Its been almost 48 and Im still having diarrhea episodes. My stomach is gurgling constantly. I cant get any relief.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a steak philly just the way it comes off the menu. It was the first thing I had to eat all day because I had woke up a little late to be able to have breakfast before work. Within 20 minutes I wasnt feeling right and later that night I was throwing up for hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate dinner atTaco Mac today with my family and ate the fried chicken avocado bacon sandwich. Nothing tasted strange but the waitress wouldnt make eye contact with me until I finished my food. Weird.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I went out to get a burger and about 10 minutes after I was feeling funny I had to drive and started feeling very lightheaded and my stomach started hurting worse than ive ever had it hurt I went home and nearly passed out I was feeling very nauseous and diarrhea.
