Had a chicken, lettuce, rice, and cheese burrito from chipotle around 8pm last night and by 11:30pm stomach started to feel horrible. Went to the bathroom and vomited. thought it was just a upset stomach but in the morning stomach was horrible and diarrhea occurred.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻

My mother and I had lunch at Panera yesterday December 17th. We both got sick within about an hour after eating. My mother was sick for the remainder of the day and I am still sick going into the following day. I already have called off work for today because of the abdominal pain and distress.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

周五 31 点左右，晚上 7 点左右从波蒂略吃了意大利细面条阿尔弗雷多，大约两个小时后，我头疼，开始感到恶心和抽筋。我有几次腹泻发作，伴有胃痛和抽筋的恶心。大约一个小时后，上午 2 点 30 分左右醒来时，感觉真的很不舒服，因为胃部严重疼痛而颤抖。我又有腹泻胃痛和抽筋。恶心、发冷、颤抖的胃痛仍在继续。早上 6 点仍然伴有胃痛、恶心，感觉真的很恶心。恶心，颤抖的胃痛仍在继续... 早上 6 点星期六还在起来，胃痛恶心，头痛沉闷。尽量不要呕吐，更多的腹泻。腹部发出咯咯的声音。还不能喝液体可能必须去医院补水。
