Had a chicken, lettuce, rice, and cheese burrito from chipotle around 8pm last night and by 11:30pm stomach started to feel horrible. Went to the bathroom and vomited. thought it was just a upset stomach but in the morning stomach was horrible and diarrhea occurred.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea

My mother and I had lunch at Panera yesterday December 17th. We both got sick within about an hour after eating. My mother was sick for the remainder of the day and I am still sick going into the following day.
