我去了这个名为 “el arandas” 的墨西哥食品联合会。我有几个朋友劝我不要吃他们的.当我问为什么时，他们告诉我他们很脏，食物很讨厌。他们以前在 Restaraunt 那里生病了。难以置信并相信那永远不会发生在我身上, 我继续我的一天，去吃他们的.
我下单后，他们在不到一分钟的时间内就把食物拿出来了。天气很冷。味道太可怕了。（面包牛排沙哪个）整个东西都很耐嚼。我只能咬几口。我回到家大约一个半小时后，我开始无法控制地呕吐，在接下来的 28 个小时里 diarea。我丈夫也生病了。就在我们俩吃完之后这是我们整天唯一吃过的东西。以前没有症状。饭前我们也没有生病。还有可怕的胃痉挛和胀气。无法容纳任何液体。我再也不会回那个地方了

下午 1 点左右去那里吃午饭。有沙拉和虾 scampi。没完成 shrim scampi。所以把它带回家了。晚些时候下午 5 点左右。我肚子里开始觉得很奇怪。然后吐了起来。发烧了 Chills。整晚都在呕吐。4 次。我很肯定这是食物。那天我什么都没有。连早餐都没有！

我从直通车那里订购了一个辣鸡肉三明治。我咬了一口咀嚼然后吞下，立刻意识到有些事情不对劲，稠度和温度都降低了。我往下看，那只鸡完全是生的。从那以后我一直患有腹泻、发冷和恶心。我有三明治的照片并保留了收据。我回到现场通知他们，他们把我的钱还给了我，问我是否想让他们给我做其他东西，但我过去和现在仍然很恶心，我一生中从未见过这样的事情，也没有咬过室温吃过生鸡。我感到震惊的是，经理甚至会认为我会想要一些新的东西。

My wife bought a take out salad. Later I got a pain in my stomach. Later that evening it turned into a fever, I couldn't use the bathroom. I was sick all night. I finally found old Amox pills from a root canal. I took several and felt better the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Should have known when my burger tasted 'off"… thought it might have been from the larger than usual amount of onions they put on. Ate last night around 10pm and by 12 was feeling nauseous. Woke up several times and have been spending the past day with vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a Tostino Rosino panini and a Dolce Chicken salad while waiting for my flight (around 12:30 PM) on 12-14-18. Started vomiting and diarrhea around 9:30 PM on 12-15-18. Other meals between these dates were shared with other people who do not have any symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
