Made a salad form the salad bar with mix greens at 2 pm 6/1/18 and by 5pm started to be sick. That night was the sickest of my life. immediately vomiting anything I ingested. By 6/3 morning have not be able to sleep eat or drink and have lost 8 pounds. Have to cancel business travel plans.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

第一次去那里吃饭回家后感觉有些恶心和持续的气体。演变成不断去洗手间。太糟糕了，因为我在工作并处理这个问题我正在服用药来缓解症状。我吃了加牛排的亚洲锅面。这道菜相当辣，菜单上没有列出。

Ate roast beef sandwich last night and was really sick thus morning...my husband was too...thus happens frequently....we are not buying anymore food from them....many other choices!!!!  | 症状: 腹泻
