I ordered a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza and cheese bread sticks around 5:30. Got it at 6ish.. felt fine until I was about to leave work at around 1:17a. I’ve had everything above and currently still feeling horrible at 3am. Never. Ever. Again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

We had placed a catering order for our entire office from Chick-Fil-A on July 7th. Part of the order was for 10 chicken wraps. 9 out of 10 of our employees that consumed the chicken wraps became violently ill that evening and spanning multiple days from ingesting… 更多

About an hour after finishing my pumpkin spice latte my stomach began to feel like someone was squeezing it as tight as possible. I began to have severe hot flashes with my skin feeling like it was on fire and prickling. I haven't really left the bathroom in a few hours. It's incredibly painful.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
