可能是那里有一个香肠蛋 mcmuffin，我在早餐时吃了食物，而且晚上 7 点左右出现了轻微的腹泻病例。第二天早上/下午，我吃了第二个（前一天早上我吃了两个）和一个油门，后来我的胃感到痉挛，腹泻很糟糕

Monday July 2 around noon, quarter pounder with cheese no onion or ketchup, fries, chocolate milkshake, root beer. Probably wasn't the fries or cheese since my kids ate those too and are not sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Eight of us ordered pizza. Two of us ate the nacho cheese dipping sauce. Became ill (nauseous) about 30 minutes after eating pizza/cheese dip. Began vomiting about 30 minutes after nausea started. Two hours later one of us is still violently vomiting. The other person is doing… 更多
