25 年 7 月 12 日早上 9 点左右吃了早餐三明治（培根、鸡蛋、鳄梨、奶酪、牛角包）。大约 2 小时后开始因间歇性胃痉挛而感到不安。到了下午 6 点，我出现了腹泻和呕吐，包括出汗、头痛和全身不适。到 25 年 7 月 13 日早晨，没有进一步的呕吐或腹泻，但仍然存在头痛和不适感。

I ate chicken bacon swiss, curly fry, drink at 5:29.58 pm. Right now I get up approx 2 am...feeling like vomiting, so strong nausea...waiting to vomiting. i could not sleep at all too sick. I have been in and out bathroom numerous time...diarrhea. Now I just back… 更多
