I ate at Wendys 3/9 at 9pm order the 4 for $4 meal. Bacon cheese burger, chicken nuggets and fries. An hour after I ate started experiencing my stomach upset than diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Got a cheeseburger and fries, 30 minutes later started throwing up and have been ever since. My boyfriend and best friend who also ate at McDonald’s are having the same symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to panda express yesterday 1011. I got my food maybe around 6. I ate orange chicken and chow mein also fried rice. The vomiting diarrhea started about 1 in the morning on 1012. I will be going to the doctor in the afternoon  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

5-4-2018, mcchicken with bacon and cheese fries and double cheese burger. At 9:30pm. Symptoms started at 3am nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea... progressed to vomiting at 430am  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
