Got a cheeseburger and fries, 30 minutes later started throwing up and have been ever since. My boyfriend and best friend who also ate at McDonald’s are having the same symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to panda express yesterday 1011. I got my food maybe around 6. I ate orange chicken and chow mein also fried rice. The vomiting diarrhea started about 1 in the morning on 1012. I will be going to the doctor in the afternoon  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

5-4-2018, mcchicken with bacon and cheese fries and double cheese burger. At 9:30pm. Symptoms started at 3am nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea... progressed to vomiting at 430am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
