Ate at Arby's around 7 in the morning. Normal roast beef sandwich that I didn't finish. Felt sort of bad afterwards, approx 6 hours later I'm on the toilet throwing up on the ground in front of me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

这些年来，我在山姆和好市多购买了莫雷的野生鲑鱼（冷冻的，单件）。直到现在没问题。轻度呕吐（仅清除）和整个消化道不适。轻微头痛。  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

星期天下午 3 点我吃了一个带薯条的三件套鸡肉组合。到 5 点，我开始感觉非常贫穷，肚子里有一种 “搅动” 的感觉。到晚上 7 点，我正在呕吐并出现腹泻（同时）:( 这种情况持续了整晚，直到我什么都没有了。当我今天早上醒来时，我感到非常虚弱和痛苦，这种情况一直持续到今天。从那以后我一直没能吃东西。
