订购了龙虾通心粉和奶酪。当我回家的时候，我有很大的胃痛，从那以后情况只会恶化。通知了公司，他们说他们会把它转交给经理。我的朋友还点了海鲜-炸鱼和薯条-那天晚上和今天都感到恶心。不会回这个地方了！

While at the restaurant I developed bad stomach cramps after I ate. Used the bathroom at the restaurant and started to feel nausea. Went to Sams Club to do some shopping after I ate and started to vomit in there bathroom. I vomited a total of 4 times since I ate the salad  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Bought a plastic container of baby spinach yesterday from Whole Foods because my local place was closed. Had some this morning and within an hour had nausea and diarrhea. Several hours later, still sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
