While at the restaurant I developed bad stomach cramps after I ate. Used the bathroom at the restaurant and started to feel nausea. Went to Sams Club to do some shopping after I ate and started to vomit in there bathroom. I vomited a total of 4 times since I ate the salad  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Bought a plastic container of baby spinach yesterday from Whole Foods because my local place was closed. Had some this morning and within an hour had nausea and diarrhea. Several hours later, still sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I got a 20 piece nugget large fry and two McDoubles you can tell the the McNuggets were old but I didn't think they were that old......
If I keep getting worse I'm going to see a doctor I have two kids I have to take care of them a single mom I can't be down  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
