My boyfriend ate Panda Express at approximately 6 pm. It is now 10:45, and he’s vomiting and having diarrhea, accompanied by awful stomach cramps. While at the restaurant I developed bad stomach cramps after I ate. Used the bathroom at the restaurant and started to feel nausea. Went to Sams Club to do some shopping after I ate and started to vomit in there bathroom. I vomited a total of 4 times since I ate the salad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a grilled chicken sandwich and small waffle fry for lunch, at work about an hour later I experienced gastrointestinal distress / nausea.
