I ate half noodles/half fried rice with orange chicken and beijing beef. I felt a sharp pain in my stomach within 20 minutes of eating and vomiting within 45 minutes of eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the fries last night around 730pm i believe. After eating them i instantly didnt feel good i have had the runs since then and ive been puking both yellowish and nasty tasting. 2016 年 6 月 13 日星期一晚上 8 点左右穿过直通车。
我妈妈吃了鸡块和薯条。
我吃了 #7 鸡肉三明治还有一些同样的薯条。
大约 1-2 小时后，我们俩都患有腹泻。剩下的夜晚继续有胃痛和恶心。
我自己也有轻微的发烧。
现在是凌晨 1 点 30 分（饭后 5 小时）仍然患有胃痛、抽筋和腹泻。
没看过医生，因为尽管症状严重且不舒服，但它们并不危及生命。
