My friend and I shared a deep dish pizza with everything on it. We both got nauseous, stomachache and diarrhea a few hours later. The kids we were with ordered something else and they did not get sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

I awoke early this morning suddenly nauseated and vomited along with diarrhea. Had dinner. I was the only to get sick and the only one to have had the house salad and Halibut, I’m only one sick, but also only one had house salad and Halibut with cauliflower purée  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

Wife and I went out to breakfast this morning. We both felt nauseous all day and now we're both violently vomiting, I immediately felt nauseous, got worst throughout the day. Same with wife but with more delay  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心
