A few coworkers went to McDonald's overnight around 3 am and now at 3pm all of us are vomiting and having diarrhea. 2 of us had chicken nuggets and fries while another person only had fries.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Wife and i had taco bell around 7pm, she starting throwing up after a couple of hours. I felt fine, but she went to bed with a bucket next to her, we were in bed @ 1130pm. I woke up @ 3am with vomiting &  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My finance and I ate breakfast on April 1st. We both had turkey sausage, multigrain pancakes and chocolate peanut butter pie. Within 12 hours we were both experiencing severe vomiting and fever that lasted for 12-18 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

吃完这种菠菜一小时后，我经历了可怕的刺伤胃痛，然后是恶心。在剩下的时间里我什么也做不了，因为移动很痛苦。我认为这个沃尔玛不可信。我在三个不同的场合吃了他们的农产品后感到非常不适，所以请小心。

我丈夫在 18 年 3 月 30 日星期五 12 点左右（中午）吃了混蛋鸡肉意大利面。2018 年 3 月 31 日星期六 12 点左右（中午）他开始感到非常不适，一个小时左右后他开始呕吐。他把鸡肉和意大利面扔了！然后出现腹泻、发烧、恶心、更多的呕吐、发冷、虚弱和可怕的胃痉挛。别在这里吃饭。
