2017 年 11 月 29 日晚上 8 点 30 分左右离开门店。我和妻子在晚上 10 点左右吃了这些三明治。几乎在同一时间（大约凌晨 2 点），我和妻子因胃胀而醒来，服用了抗酸药，后来没有帮助我和妻子同时呕吐很多东西。大约凌晨 4 点后来妻子又醒来了，我轮流带着严重腹泻去洗手间！第二天获得粪便样本进行分析。还冷冻了土耳其三明治的 1/2！一整天都没吃东西！！太可怕了！

After a long day at a track meet, we got our dinner at Chipotle. I got burrito with guacamole and steak. Immediately after eating it, I could feed rising pain in my stomach, resulted in diarrhea and after 6 hours some vomitting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
