2024 年 12 月 6 日我从必胜客订购了披萨，今天上午 11 点，我 9 岁的男孩抱怨胃痛非常严重。我 13 岁的女儿在今天下午 1 点吃了最后一块，那是她的第一块，一小时后就吐了！我吃了 2 片感觉好像发冷了。还没有胃部问题。

Bought a small, compact container of potato salad from the deli. Had some for a late lunch, maybe fifteen minutes after eating. Roughly three hours later went directly to the bathroom with tremendous abdominal pain and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
