I ate at Chipotle on Thursday Oct 11 2018. I became sick within 20 minutes. Very sick called 911 and was taken to Abbott Hospital at 11 p.m. where I was admitted. Blood samples were taken and confirmed I had poisoning.I spent 3 days in the hospitalI… 更多

星期一我咬了一两个不可能的滑块和几个普通的滑块。不可能的滑块不是很温暖，也很不开胃。大约 36 小时后，我有胃痉挛，大约 42 小时腹泻失控了。现在（50 小时后）感觉非常虚弱，但症状仍然存在。我无法确定这是我生病的根源，但似乎是最有可能的来源。

我为自己订购了 2 个 McChickens，为我的 S.O 订购了 2 根香肠 McMuffins。她没有因为在这家餐厅吃东西而受到任何惩罚。我得到了两个干瘦的硬鸡肉饼和老鸡肉饼。我自己注意到这些很可能不安全食用。无论如何我都吃了它们。我在 8 点左右躺下醒来时因胃部问题大约凌晨 3 点 4 点左右醒来。从那时起，它已经出现了两端，恶心和虚弱的感觉并没有消失。这是第二个让我从他们的鸡中生病的快餐店。太荒谬了。总是从这个特别的麦当劳那里得到新鲜的食物。他们会很乐意给你老讨厌的无味的食物，因为他们认为你太着急了。当被要求提供新鲜食物时，他们通常会感到沮丧，因此请注意。

I live next door to Casey's. I have ate there pizza 5 times. Was trying to treaty family. Every time,all 5 times, I got food poisoning. It caused me to miss work and go to the doctor. Thinking about making a sign and protesting in front of the place.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
