不确定我和我丈夫以及我们的一些朋友昨晚在那里吃过饭。我丈夫和我们的一个朋友得到了 barbacoa 牛肉。今天早上 2 点左右，我丈夫因胃痛、腹泻和呕吐而醒来。直到今天下午 1 点左右，他才出现所有症状。
