Ate breakfast buffet on Thursday, June 30th. Four of five family member became ill with food poisoning like symptoms (nauseous, vomitting, diahrea) 15-24 hours later. Likely caused by bacon or eggs as fifth family member not ill didn't eat those foods, as other four members did.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

麦当劳，Lolo MT

在 Lolo MT 地点吃鸡肉 mcnuggets 和草莓冰沙后立即开始出现胃痉挛。严重抽筋、呕吐和腹泻。发冷和发烧。8 小时后我脱水极度，建议护士说立即去急诊室。等了 2 个多小时才能接受治疗。太可怕了，肚子疼得太厉害了。他们说这是典型的食物中毒，给了我静脉注射补水，吗啡，利多卡因，ondanstron 和一些麻木和大肚子的东西。他们还抽血进行测试，我们正在等待结果。午餐时间 12:15 生病了，晚上 8 点 30 分去了 ER，直到凌晨 1 点才从 ER 回家。太虚弱了！在跑到洗手间和尝试保持水分之间睡 2 天。不再呕吐，但返回急症后仍然有鼻息。向麦当劳报告了事件。说他们 “很抱歉”，没有其他人报告生病了。没有获取我的信息或进行任何形式的举报。跟进很差。这是一次可怕的经历。

I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese sandwich on flatbread with tomatoes, lettuce, green peppers and chipotle sauce. About 6 hours later I felt very sick and that's when I started to experience all the symptoms associated with food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I order the noodles, some spicy chicken and chicken and mushrooms about five o'clock yesterday. By the middle of the night I was throwing up and was very sick. All of my friends got sick as well, same way and same time of day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
