自助餐时我吃了螃蟹、虾和其他各种物品。他们都太神奇了。没什么不寻常的味道。几个小时之内我就恶心和呕吐了。然后一切都会发展为腹泻。我还是很恶心但呕吐已经消退了。其余的都没有。发烧、发冷、精疲力尽！

我第一次食物中毒：午餐时订购了 2 个水牛鸡滚筒，吃了 1 个，几个小时后开始感到恶心，不能吃晚饭，开始腹泻然后躺下... 然后不得不起身呕吐... 然后再次腹泻。然后不得不躺下感觉头晕和虚弱，开始升温但感觉太冷了。这个鸡辊是我吃的最后一件让我感到恶心的东西...再也没有了..

我儿子和我在下午 5 点左右去了拉斯维加斯星期六晚上 6 点 9 点前往拉斯维加斯羔羊上的 Golden Corral。在 30-45 分钟内我们病得很重。我们在洗手间待了一个多小时，现在还生病。这不是干净的地方。永远不要回去那里。我们访问过其他州的其他 Golden Corral-以前从未生病过。太糟糕了！！

拿起一个简单的 5 美元的意大利辣香肠披萨。吃了大约 4-5 片。上班前几个小时后，我开始呼吸急促。我的胃感觉臃肿，胃部有轻微的疼痛。我一天中大部分时间都不能工作。回家去睡觉了。那是我那天唯一吃的东西。第二天我大部分时间都有胃痛和腹泻真的很糟糕。再也不能在那个地方吃东西了，
