妈妈放下了一个装有肉饼和 Barbacoa 的墨西哥卷饼碗，感觉还不错大约一个小时。在过去的两个小时里胃痛不好，大部分时间都花在厕所上。自从回家以来多次回家吃了 diahrrea。我今天唯一吃的东西是早餐时喝些牛奶和鸡蛋，健身房后吃蛋白质。还在床上从浴室来回走动，我的肚子两侧开始受伤。
