A burrito  2 and about 3 hours after eating it I felt nauseous and then around 5 hours after I throw up and then had dirhrea for a few hours and the throw up and dirrhea went on for 5 hours after the initial start and I haven’t felt right since the eating of the burrito   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I went there two days ago, The lady approached me while I was crunched over in pain and told me that I was stupid for being in pain refused to give me her bosses name and told me to leave, I ended up at Dartmouth in the er for 12 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My office had a Caesar salad and 10 of us got very ill   12 of us were sick the vomiting and diarrhea started about 2 to 3 hours after eating the salad and last for about 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
