附加信息：我非常怀疑 Cheerios，因为那是我自 10 月以来唯一的新食物，而且我每次吃掉它们时都会出现这种情况。

我昨天下午 12 点 30 分左右在那里订购了 McDouble，也就是 4 月 15 日。大约 4-6 小时后，我感到不适。我有腹泻和恶心。我差点扔了，但是我服用了丙咪嗪来防止它。现在大约是 2021 年 4 月 16 日下午 4 点，我还生病了。由于我的症状和事件的发生时间，我相信我要么感染了诺罗病毒或轮状病毒。
