晚上 7 点左右和朋友一起在这里吃过一切都很好。凌晨 3 点醒来时出现严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。我呕吐了 3-4 次。到早上 6 点半还没有任何改善，当我看到自己的凳子流血时最终去了急诊室。在这样的震惊中，我以前从未发生过这种情况。医生认为我从食物中感染了病毒。失业 2 天

Went on 6-17-19 around 3pm. Ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, corn , pico and lettuce. Came home ate. By 5 pm dozed off. Around 9 the room started spinning and felt light headed with a fever and started to vomit.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧
