所以我吃了 fettuccine Alfredo，然后我上车后我感到非常病了，胃痛，第二天早上我醒来的时候我一整天都在颤抖，现在是我的第四天，今天早上我呕吐 5 次，晚上去洗手间四次腹泻。我的颈部疼痛和高发烧达到 104。只要我记得我一辈子从来没有感到这种病，我觉得自己会死神禁止。我真的很不高兴，还在痛苦。

Both my friend and I get sick the last 3 times we have gotten it  2 people. Less than 8 hours. Cramping, and the other symptoms mentioned before. What we need to know is - what are the preservatives they are using for the pre-chopped salads?   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 抽筋
