My son threw up this morning, kids wanted McDonald's last night. I ordered him 6 piece mighty kids meal mcnugget happy meal and he threw everything up the next morning. He rarely throws up, this is our last visit to mcdonalds to risky. Employees should use better hygiene.......  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 1 月 22 日下午 3 点至 3 点 30 分左右，我去莫斯为儿子买了一个装有额外鸡肉、豆类、生菜和奶酪的碗。在他进食的 45 分之内，他开始抱怨胃痛，大约一个小时，他得了腹泻。在 15 分钟之内，他开始不停地呕吐。他继续这种模式直到凌晨 1 点左右，他呕吐了大约 10 次。他还有水样腹泻，有严重的胃痉挛。他今天早上仍然很虚弱。我非常担心，想知道是否有任何报告。我准备给他的医生打电话等着看看他的表现如何。看来更糟的情况已经过去，但高度关注。我还想提一下，我注意到工作人员从准备食物的人到收银员都非常粗鲁。

My wife and I ate at Moe's on Nov 20th. About 4 hours later both of us were throwing up and spending most of the night in the bathroom.
