6 月 28 日星期六我吃了火鸡牧场和培根三明治作为我一天中唯一的一餐。6 小时后，我病得很严重，持续了 7 天的剧烈头痛和腹泻。在此之前的几天里，我的配偶每顿饭都与他共进一餐... 没有任何症状。他吃了另一道菜单（烤牛肉三明治），这让我相信 Arby's 的火鸡三明治绝对导致了我食物中毒。

我在2020年或2021年的某个时候购买了幸运符，这是我从小就第一次吃掉它们。之后我得了可怕的腹泻，我最好的描述是 “爆炸性和绿色”，但当时没有把它与谷物联系起来。我又花了几个碗和几天才意识到它是幸运符。我以前从来没有遇到过谷物的问题，所以我想他们改变了棉花糖里的东西，我对他们变得不宽容。我停止吃它们了，问题就消失了。

A few hours after I ate I felt extreme nausea to the point where I had to ask my driver to pull off the side of the road. Less than half an hour later I again had to ask him to pull over so I could vomit. 6 hours later I still have terrible nausea and am unable to eat anything.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
