5 月 10 日下午 6 点 30 分吃了奶酪披萨，2 名青少年（17）和（14）吃了披萨，呕吐大约在凌晨 4 点 5 点开始。胃痉挛，头晕，一个人有腹泻  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋, 头晕, 腹泻

下午 10 点 05 分通过直通车点了四分之一磅的奶酪餐（配薯条和可乐）。下午 10 点 15 分左右回到家吃饭，上午 12 点半开始感到腰痛和恶心，上午 12 点半坐在厕所上，连续 30 分钟出现严重腹泻和恶心，伴有寒冷，胃痛，还有背痛。如果我不阻止呕吐会加剧症状。我猜汉堡是造成这种疾病的。再也不会去麦当劳了。
