I have not seen a doctor as of yet, because I went to wingstop just a few hrs ago. But I feel sick. I took my fries and cole slaw back because I didnt like them. The wing were over seasoned without my drink theres no way I would have finish it. But i'll go back to wingstop  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

一组 5 人出去吃午饭只有我们两个人的饭上吃了红酱。一位女士在短时间内腹泻。另一方面，我回到办公室大约一个小时后开始感到绿色，不得不提早离开。我有 48 个小时的腹泻以及呕吐。今天是第 5 天，我今天醒来时头发湿透了汗水-我认为它正在努力摆脱我的身体！我还在努力恢复自己的力量-因为我很虚弱。我吃了茄子 Rollatini，这是一种配沙拉，上面有一种非常水汪汪的，没有味道的蓝纹奶酪酱。我还要去粉红柠檬水，味道很奇怪。但是，虽然呕吐-我只能品尝到茄子。不太确定罪魁祸首是什么。

Ordered the chicken filet biscuit early morning yesterday I have thrown up and have had severe diarrhea since then. Didn't take but 30 minutes to start happening I haven't see a doctor if it continues I will.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

12 noon lunch on 27 Apr - you pick 2 - Fuji apple salad with cucumbers added, baked chips, mozzarella flatbread. A few hours later ate berry scone. Didn't eat another thing all day - diarrhea started around midnight and all day 28 Apr.  | 症状: 腹泻
